We will carry out Emergency Repairs following damage to or failure of the plumbing and drainage system which could result in Internal Flooding, Water Damage, Drainage Problems or that you do not have access to one or more usable toilets within your home.
We will carry out Emergency Repairs following the electricity failure of at least one complete circuit which cannot be resolved by resetting the fuse box.
After the National Gas Emergency Service has visited your home and isolated the Gas Supply, emergency repairs will be carried out to repair/replace the damaged section of internal Gas Supply pipe.
We will carry out Emergency Repairs to a water supply system that is not providing water to the kitchen, or bathroom.
We will carry our Emergency Repairs following damage or failure to an external lock, door or window which would make areas of the home insecure, and easily accessible to intruders.
Should you lose your only available keys to the property, then we will gain access to the home and ensure it is left secure.
We will carry our Emergency Repairs following the complete breakdown of your primary heating system which results in the complete loss of heating and/or hot water.
We will carry out Emergency Repairs following a pest infestation, and ensure that the property is cleared and protected for the future.
We will carry out Emergency Repairs following missing, broken or loose tiles which cause internal water damage.
We shall contribute toward the cost of a Brand New boiler, should yours breakdown.
Where it has not been possible to resolve the emergency repairs, then we will arrange overnight accommodation for you and your family.
We will pay a contribution towards the cost or hire for an alternative heating source, should your primary heating system fail.
